Chin Swee Caves Temple has no entrance fee (donations welcome), and Genting Highlands Premium Outlets is free to browse — you only pay for what you buy. The theme parks and cable car are the main paid attractions.

Yes — Genting SkyWorlds and Snow World both have family-friendly zones, Chin Swee Caves Temple is an easy free stop, and First World Plaza's food court handles picky eaters better than a single restaurant would.
Do I need to book theme park tickets in advance?+
It's not required but worth it — Genting SkyWorlds online tickets are cheaper than walk-in (RM168 vs RM198) and include Virtual Queue reservations, which matter most on weekends and school holidays.
